I am very satisfied with the service you provided.

However, I would like to ask a question regarding the current issue.

Currently, it works fine when playing Alliance characters using the guides folder you shared.

However, it does not work only when playing a Horde character.

Before the previous patch, both Alliance and Horde characters worked.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Lol.. I just logged in on my Horde character to test ur theory and ur god damn right. It doesn't work on horde apparently

You have a good point, please read the troubleshooting in the 1st post. There are 2 options to try.

The Guides are full for all guides.

Apparently, it doesn't work for Horde. I checked through the individual filters, and it's definitely there—both Horde-T and Alliance-T. The Custom-T file is also present, and if you look into it, that seems to be the file that holds all the War Within content. However, I have no idea how to fix it.

I just wanted to say, I backed up my guides folder (just copy paste it into parent folder) and then updated rxp via curseforge then pasted the backed up guides folder back into the addon and it's working perfectly on both horde and alliance. Bluerainsky's frustration with people not being able to follow the very simple instructions in the OP is very understandable. No matter how pleasant people are asking for help/troubleshooting it should really not have been necessary in the first place if people could follow a simple three step process clearly outlined in the original post.

I really wonder why it took people 7 days to say "Horde is not loading".
For 7 days people said the guide and not what faction.

To be completely honest. I wasn't expecting this to be a Faction thing, that's why I didn't notice LMAO. Finally we found out why it wasn't working though.

I deal with this sort of stuff a lot due to work, and most people are very inefficient at identifying the issue. Many likely don't understand that the guides are loaded differently based on their faction, etc. They just load it up, see it doesn’t work, and leave it at that. It does suck, especially when you’re just trying to help them. I’m just glad someone tried it, so now we know. Anyway, thanks a lot for looking into it.

It was necessary because the guide was not working for people that tried to use it. Somehow his mistake was our fault though so it's okay that he rages at people for his mistakes.

In absolutely no way was it 7 days. Yesterday your folder worked fine, so your problem must have been in the updated version.
