Safe-proof a given account?

So yeah I got this free account. I know the SQ/SA and I changed the email/contact info so he has no idea of his account name atm. The account hasn't been re-claimed yet for a month, so I bought a 1-month membership few days ago. It is still unclaimed. Now what I want to do is make it that he wouldn't be able to recover his account if by any chance he changes his mind. Is there any method for doing this?

Recap:
- I know the sq/sa
- i know the old email, old password
- the email has been changed to mine

Well if he has the original cd-key and reports the account as hacked from him, I'm pretty sure he can recover it, if he provides blizzard with the cd-key and optionally the credit-card number he last used on the account.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but if you've got the cd-key I'm pretty sure the is fully retriavable.

Okay so I found out he doesn't know the cd-keys. Could he still recover the account?

However, he knows the credit cards and the gamecodes used, and of course his ID that he can include which will match the name of the account. Will that still be enough to recover his account even though he doesn't have the cd-keys?

The CC and the ID will get it back. The gamecards used will do nothing.

Well imma go ahead an say this, If youve had it for a month, its usually safe to assume, they wont take it back, cause they dont know how. :/ but still, i wouldnt use any personal info like a credit card or anything to pay for it other than gamecards or VCC's :/

But also, this stuff isnt condoned in MMOwned anymore, no support for stolen accounts.
Because you say you dont want him to get it back, wich pretty much tells me, that you scammed it, cause if it was given to you, you wouldnt be worried about it gettin taken back.

You wrote you got a "free account" i.e. gift from someone or won it etc etc, later you mentioned you changed stuff so "he" dosen't know it. Do it mean a friend who in the first place stole the account gave it to you? Or you stole it and just saying it's "free"??
