I fresh installed RXP and extracted Guides folder but don't see The War Within guide in this version as some previously had.

Logged in to check and my menu looks like this:

Am I missing the updated Guides folder somewhere?

Read the instructions. You did it wrong. Do exactly what he say. It's strange, but it works.

Well you installed the addon with no guides. So you only get 1-20

Or

Download > extract > install, update addon, copy guides folder over

Why would you want to keep on downloading and extracting the same file.
When you can extract it once, back up up. When you update the addon, add it back.

Or do you literally keep on downloading and extracting the same file over and over?

What's your file? The rxp addon? If yes, this isn't your file.
