Account Recalled. WHA?

Okay, so I scammed some noob and the next day he got his account back.

First of all, the email was to mine.
Second, I changed his password.
Third, I know his SQ/A and it did not work on the "forgot your password"

How can he get the account back when the email is switched to mine?
Wouldnt "Forgot your Password" send the new password to the email (aka it would be sent to mine). Sooo...how did he get the account back??

Credit card info?.... previous secret question and answer and called blizz?
He probably used them to recall acc >_>

and he maybe got both cd key - normal wow and burning crusade

idd probs all through CD-keys cause i need to recall mine back, just haven't had time XD

He either:

A. Knows the SQA and intentionally gave you a false one.
B. Gave you what he thought the SQA was but now found out what it really is.

These are the 2 most likely scenarios, and they are very common.

when i scamm ppl i send them a fake mail from mmomailer that the account got banned bcos using 3rd grade hacks ... and that he dont do anything with his account until blizz answer ... kinda that
