did you swap all the .blp files? dont think you did cause dwarf skin is still showing. and yes, jh16 also reposted his thread on ownedcore.

Generally what I do is extract all the appropriate source files with casc (Night Elf in this case), then bulk rename all source files to match what I want to change (NightElfFemale to DwarfMale here), then I slap that shit into the WoW folder. Works pretty good for same race gender swaps (except facial hair still shows up and helms are mis-sized). I've also tried HuM to NeF with similar results.

its def .blp files. ur not swapping all of them or something. and to fix facial hair, go out side the male/female folder, and there should be .blp for those 2.

Hey, got a problem here if you don't mind helping.

I tried doing some model swapping. I tried to swap the Blood Elf to the Night Elf, I managed to get the Blood Elf looking like the Night Elf easily, however I cant get the Night Elf to look like a Blood Elf. I tried multiple times following the videos but it just would not change. I then tried to swap the Gnome with the Blood Elf to see if that worked, But again the Gnome just stayed the same.

As I said I manged to swap it so the Blood Elf looked different, but I could not make any other race look like the Blood Elf. Any idea why?

you where swapping the old BE model with the new HD models, which the HD models read textures differently. just gotta wait for Be to be updated.
