Ok so i scamed an account i traded 3k gold to a lvl 1 alt on that server is there anyway i can get caught.

If you just traded directly there's a bigger chance of getting banned if Blizzard checks the logs. You should follow laundery guides before transfering the gold to your main.

You will most likely get banned. This is how I got my very first account banned, and it was also my first scam.
