Hey I recently got a lvl 70 EU acct,
but with only acct name and password.
Any suggestions on how to make this mine?

(He's also online, and he's logged in as we speak.((if that means anything)))

I've searched and searched for threads and found only a couple,
including Matador's (only US) and more US reposts...
