Find the model and skin of the weapon you have, copy the treepaths into Notepad.
Find the model and skin of the weapon you want it to look like. extract them somewhere like your dekstop
Make a new MPQ archive, drag and drop the model and skin into the archive
Rename the skin to the skin of the old weapon, rename the model to the model of the old weapon.
Put MPQ file in your world of warcraft data folder. and Voila

1. Find the model you want in patch.mpq, common.mpq or expansion.mpq
2. Once you find the model you want to change, you right click on the m2 file and select copy treepath.
3. Paste the tree path into notepad for easy reference.
4. Find the model (m2) of something you want it to look like. Once you've found it copy the file name (everything infront of .m2).
5. Right click on the m2 and export it to your desktop.
6. Take the file name of the first m2 you found (being the one that is how it is ingame, not the one your changing it to). And rename the one you exported to that.
7. Using MyWarcraftStudio create a new MPQ, then add a new file.
8. Click the "..." and navigate to your desktop and select the m2 you exported and renamed.
9. Select it so it puts the file name into the box next to the "..."
10. Then go to the notepad file and copy the treepath and paste it infront of the m2 filename.
11. Click okay, then go to save and close MPQ.
12. Go to the MPQ file you made around step 7, and put that into your Data folder inside of your WoW folder.
13. Run ModelEditFix, following onscreen or readme instructions (depending on if your playing on live or private).
14. Have fun.

Enjoy. However you should probably learn how to do it manually, once you master model editing the possibilites are ENDLESS.
Armor and Weapon changes don't require the ME fix but Race>Race and things that require .mpq's require it, you'll need either 80 rep, become a Site Donator or be a good googler to get the ME fix.
