You asked for displayId for itemId 65262. That is the 372 version. The displayId is 94249
The itemID for the 359 version is 65261. The displayId is 94255.

You mixed up your values somewhere. WoWHead is not incorrect.

You are wrong check again. Hell let me quote it:

Hello, it was working 2 days ago perfectly, and for some reason my game crashed, and now i cannot replace the " Bloodied Arcanite Reaper - Item - World of Warcraft " , but the rest of my item swap works perfectly !

I tried to delete my 2 CACHE folder with the game closed, but this weapon don't want to change the skin anymore (and it says Memory write succes !) i tried with your updated tool, and it still not working for this weapon ingame.

I don't understand why it worked 2days ago and now it just impossible and only for this item, can someone have the same prob ?

i am on windows seven with a FR client

I can´t figure out how to swap the sheath of the weapon, maybe the creator can add som extra code into the program?, Shouldnt be to hard i guess

Got it to work... Changed my Dragonhearts piercer to Themois the darkbringer ( or whatever it's called) but it's kinda on the wrong way.. The handle is INWARDS instead of outwards, haha... Any fix? :P
Also it looks like shit when she's shooting ;( Crossbow style with a BOW :|

I tried the latest update, but its still not working for me it is now saying that the items cannot be found.
I have double check the item ID and it all correct but program keeps saying item not found, have tried running it in admin mode and still no luck.

if you have this, logon on your character once, and left the game, run again the game, execute the .bat file and it works..

Can someone help me for my "Bloodied Arcanite Reaper " ? the skin don't change on me, but it works on the FELGUARD weapon.....(it the same display id weapon)
