Ill add a display at the bottom which will show you on which ADT youre hovering with the mouse.
Cromon,
Moved Yias Edit to my new machine, an x64 Vista box. When trying to start up YiasEdit, I get an immediate crash. Here is the debug:
I have WoW installed at d:\World of Warcraft. YiasEdit is in d:\World of Warcraft\Yiasedit\Code:Warning! Could not get installpath from registry! Loading archive '.\lichking.MPQ' Could not load '.\lichking.MPQ' Loading archive '.\expansion.MPQ' Could not load '.\expansion.MPQ' Loading archive '.\patch-2.MPQ' Could not load '.\patch-2.MPQ' Loading archive '.\patch.MPQ' Could not load '.\patch.MPQ' Loading archive '.\common-2.MPQ' Could not load '.\common-2.MPQ' Loading archive '.\common.MPQ' Could not load '.\common.MPQ' Loading archive '.\deDE\locale-deDE.MPQ' Could not load '.\deDE\locale-deDE.MPQ' Loading archive '.\enGB\locale-enGB.MPQ' Could not load '.\enGB\locale-enGB.MPQ' Loading archive '.\enUS\locale-enUS.MPQ' Could not load '.\enUS\locale-enUS.MPQ'
Can you have YiasEdit either:
1. read the vista registry properly or
2. Check the current path for a WoW folder or
3. Allow to pass the WoW path on the commandline e.g. "yiasedit d:\Wowpath" or
4. Allow a config file that could be checked for this (and other) user editable settings
Thanks for the great program!

Links broken?
hmm, thats not good! Cant copy links here but just go to Startseite - Yias :: Revenge of the Nerds and youll find it there.
@iotech: please tell me the rootkey of the wow-entry in the registry.
On my system it's:
HKCU\Software\Classes\VirtualStore\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Blizard Entertainment\World of Warcraft
Key: InstallPath Reg_SZ
Note I say *on my system*... because I dont know what the WoW6432Node is all about... it could be different on other systems.
I tried putting a new key at HKLM\Software\Blizard Entertainment\World of Warcraft (where the InstallPath key is on my XP box), but that didnt work. I hate the windows registry.
Ok, as the registry differs basically in every manner ill add a config-file![]()
The registry only differs for people using Vista (and up?) and therefore the "virtual storage". The problem here is the same as on paths too: In German versions, there is "C:\Programme" which is just a virtual folder being "C:\Program Files\" (i don't know the real names, I use XP.).
So, folks, vertexshaders are on the way, as you can see in the picture below:
![]()
Looks strange![]()
vertexshaders in the old world (not northrend) show a bit resistance. so far its done:
But wow crashes on changing the view.
in new version my mouse dont work oO I can not move the camera
