I had my achievements and work orders bugged from a faction transfer, and a GM had to log onto my account to fix it. When I came back I had a Ragnaros pet in my mailbox with a letter apologizing for the long wait, and hopes everything is working ok now.

I think it's just a random act of kindness from GMs rather than a "I'm a veteran, give me stuff!" type of deal.

They ****ing lied to me lololol..... What should I do????????? (I put in a ticket for an item that isnt dropping, and slipped in the "vet bonus" too The bold is their bull....) The reason I didnt do live chat is casue I didnt have the option when I opened the ticket... Even at 3pm EST..... :- /

I understand that the Sigil of the Sorcerer King hasn't been dropped yet. While I would absolutely love to hook you up, we need to hear back from the QA and dev teams to make sure that this is a bug and not something that is working as intended with RNG being factor. In order to be fair to the entire community, we are not able to award these items.

Must be trolling. I play on US, and they didn't even honor my character name change appeal... it was something like womenkisser, and they refused to help me change that shit. **** those stingy customer service that don't like helping out.

It must depend on the GM you're talking to. I've never received anything for free, let alone get some "veteran" reward lol.

While I do agree with the previous Game Master about the fact that you are a loyal and dedicated player I do want to clearify that we do not have any sort of "Veteran Perks" However sometimes we will be able to get an exception to provide a player with a reward but this is almost always a one time exception and on rare case by case situations.

We will not discuss information about another players account with anyone but the account holder.

I did check to see if I could get you a something, though I was not able to do so

I just had a live chat, and brought up the vet thing.... She said that it was a terminationable offense if GMs gave free stuff out.... So..............

Account been subscribed from release up untill now with only ~6 months downtime. 25+ race/server/faction changes.

I had no succes getting free mounts from the store. I tried 2 different GM's, one through ingame ticket, and one through the live chat.

The GM from livechat said that he was unable to give me a mount from shop but he would faction change + transfere any character i wanted.

I've started your transfer now, so the character should be available on the new server soon. Enjoy!
