Free mounts from Wowstore wut

The first times I tried I didn't get anything.

But I kept trying, and in the end I did get a free Server transfer + Faction change ( thats 45euro total for free).

My story: I am on a dead server, I lost interest in my current guild. Everyone I once knew on the server quit and I honestly feel like quitting myself. A few real life friends asked me to come to their server, and join their raiding guild. I really want this, but I honestly don't have the money. The support guys obviously doesn't wanna lose a long-time customer, so voila, free stuff

I tried this today and was able to get a transfer and race change.

Since someone mentioned the grievance theory, I started out asking why I didn't receive the 10 year gift. I played over 2 accounts and the time is split between the two so I figured that might be why. I didn't know you had to be subbed the entire time, that was the problem. No biggie- I figured there was a reason I hadn't gotten the email and that wasn't the point.

So I asked, since I had been playing for so long and spent money on character transfers and such, could they help me move a character over because I'm trying to consolidate. He had no problem doing that.

Just did a live chat asking for a faction + server change

the GM started out saying no, but I managed to convince them to give me a faction change which is the more expensive service

I'll take what I can get 55$ is way too much for that imo

Worked for me. Just got a character on an old account of mine transferred to my new one and to my new server. Might be worth mentioning that i have used paid character services plenty of times before and have played for 8 years, which might have held some sway.

Haha, you realize they have a database that keeps track of your entire history of tickets of all time, right in front of them in chronological order. What most likely happened is your GM ticket pops up and the previous tickets mention what you are trying to do lol. You never know, if you try enough they might just get tired of your tickets just to get rid of you though lol.

This worked for me few minutes ago. The GM said I can get every service or pet or mount from the shop except the instant level 90 service. This however seems to work only for old accounts.

On first try I just opened a ticket in-game and got a generic response and no reward, second time I followed the live chat but it glitched out and got a pretty rude response via email instead saying something along the lines of "Just because you feel neglected doesn't entitle you to something for free." Third time was a charm and was able to get a free character service of my choice, but because of complications and gold issues I could do anything with the characters I wanted moved or faction changed so instead I opted for a free mount which I got. So yes, this does work but I you need to be polite and persistant.

Keep in mind I originally asked for a free lvl 90 boost but apparently something like that is too expensive to give away and once I was given the option of a free mount he couldn't give the Warforged Nightmere either. Go figure.

Tried this today with another account and gm says: "They don't gift any items".
