If paypal is verified, does that mean no limited access?

Hi, countless times before i've had a paypal account limited for scamming. But I'm curious and all, IF i had a normal VERIFIED paypal account with the bank and credit card, LEGALLY. Does this mean I can't be limited as well?

Yes, it CAN be limited even after you unlimit it depending on what you do and the seriousness of the action.

Hypothetically, its one of the random screenings paypal does, its nothing serious, it just LOOKS like an unauthorized payment but it isn't.

Does that count as a reason for them to limit my account AFTER verification?

Paypal does these random screenings to see any "unusual behavior", which sometimes catches things that aren't even real. It'll pretend like you did something fraudulent. Could you still be limited for THAT reason?

Yes you can still be limited obviously. If you're the real paypal owner then you should have no prob unlimiting it. If it's scammed or you put in fake info, then no, unless you get a professional to do it.

Denky, did u sell gold to a chinese gold company? Paypal has most of those Chinese gold companies paypals blacklisted. Meaning that if u sold it to them, then you will automatically get limited. MMOfly is blacklisted for one.
