Just last week I finally got response on a 7-8 day old ticket (note, not in game chat but through support system in battle.net). I was let down, they couldn't/wouldn't help me and I lost a lot of gold and garrison resources...


and no mount gift in sight even though I'm a customer since _early_ vanilla. I wonder if there is any truth to OP or if there is some information missing here.

I believe this is a legit thing. I went to blizzcon this year (4th time) and they unbanned my acc that had been perma banned since the big ban wave for Arch. Botting. (went up to the gms in person).... I was honest with the gm as to why I was banned and they looked at my acc and saw how long I had played/spent as much money as I did and they unbanned it even though i was told numerous times it wouldnt be overturned and they stopped answering my tickets. Also gotten a few things moved for free over the years.

Lol, this is what's so wrong with the entitled masses today. You don't deserve anything for playing longer than anyone else, and you shouldn't expect to be given anything. You're supposed to be playing this game because of a variety of reasons, but if you think you should be awarded for continuing to play - you're in the wrong.
