Simple ask a GM via a ticket "Hello, I would like to know if there is already any kind of reward program for Veteran Players who participate in this game since launch? (like me)"

additionally you could add.. that this has been made in Funcom games, very successful and fun. I love their program. It shows prestige. "And if this is not the case.. is there some kind of reward that comes in a form of a friend mount, like one of those shown in the shop?"

You can get all of the things you want. Everytime. Everywhere. But wouldnt it be fantastic to look back at some point and see how you got them? What art you have developed to achieve your goals? Surely it feels great to be a lovable and truthful person. And in that way get everything you want.

I would not trust any player passing themselves off as a GM this way. If we are to ever award anything to a player, this is something between us and the player. We do not simply award mounts or other items as a service and this is a tactic of many account compromisers. I would not trust it.
