[Addon] Cast 0.4 Seconds faster.

This Addon i don't know much about but im hoping it has a "Out-of-raid" Turn off function. I find myself Accidentally Clicking Attackspells somethings in a neutral city and saving repair bill by not releasing. Another thing your FPS Affects your casting time witch could save another 0.3 or so Seconds with Addons like icehud that show when the spell is Really landing and when your screen shows it landing.

It's doesn't just help you in raid, it helps you almost every time you use an ability.

Try playing a while without it and then enable it again and you will most likely notice a difference.
