I use an addon similar to this called Speedy Actions (available via Curse). If this addon cause trouble for anyone, I'd recommend trying SA out. It's been working very well for me

Depends on what keyboard and mouse you have, the keys on my g15 have become very tough to press and sometimes stays down for a half second so this addon helps me a lot.

you should probably aim away from your keyboard and other PC components as you finish with the batin'

Well no one can tell you for sure

But it certainly helps with high latency or when you get lag spikes

+6 rep thanks. I actually never knew that spells were only executed on key release.

This will make a big difference for players like me who play with 700 MS because often we have to wait a bit while keypressing to make sure the spells go off.

Spamming the key would solve the issue as well. (You should be doing that anyway, because even if you have addon you still lose out a lot by not spamming, at least as DPS)

Spamming the key wont help as much as this addon if you are using instant abilitys with high latency, interupts ect.

Started using this addon, helps a bunch when fighting mobs, but the problem is getting used to it. If you use addons like IceHUD or XPerl and you use the feature to see when you can cast your spell next, you have to be sure not to cast it as soon as it hits the red zone because it tries to count in the delay of pressing the key, if you want it to be optimized wait a split second before hitting the key since this will make it faster.

If you didn't understand that, I just said wait if you're watching the bar that tells you when to cast next.
