This is generally regarded to improve reaction by 100 ms, not 400.

And this addon is a good thing to try for PvE. It (I'd GUESS about 80% of the time (maybe even more)) won't hinder your performance, however there are a few times when you misclick but can correct by just holding down the misclick key and hitting your proper key (release while casting the proper spell).

I'd say doesn't hurt to try but just informing others about an addon isn't rep worthy.

Given it some testing and have to say I love it!

The only downside as ßetray pointed out was that if you mis-click, you can just drag the mouse off and re-cast. Shouldn't be too much of a problem...
