I went upto Moonglade, checked the vendor, and she had the 3 standard outfits. 0 Limited supply stuff. Set my Cenarion Circle rep to At War, killed her and lost 25 rep, then killed a guard that jumped me for another 125 rep. Unchecked At War, then hung around for 5 minutes waiting for a respawn. As soon as she spawned, I checked her inventory and just the same 3 items. Hung around for an hour checking pretty much constantly and still nothing.

hmmm i think OP means when the mob spawns with limited supply item you buy it and then kill it and it will re stock the slot. I dunno really, just a guess. Sounds dodgy if you ask me.
