[AH Tip] Formal Dangui

Hey guys, running for Contrib, so I thought I'd share this latest tip.

Formal Dangui - Thottbot: World of Warcraft (The Formal Dangui)

The Formal Dangui is an extraordinarily rare, white quality, level 1 dress. It's commonly used for level 1 twinks, and goes for quite a bit on the Auction House (I sold 3 for 500 gold each!)

However, this item only spawns about twice a month or so. Problematic, right? Not so! As I'm sure you're all aware, if you buy a limited stock item and then kill the npc that sells it, when they respawn they'll have the item again!

Well, Moonglade is its own faction that you can declare war on, so it's pretty simple.

1. Declare war on Moonglade
2. Kill Geenia Sunshadow, the vendor of The Formal Dangui
Creature: Geenia Sunshadow - Thottbot: World of Warcraft
3. Purchase it again once she respawns

I made a killing off of this in the AH, and I hope that you can too!

Edit: Just sold a fourth for 500g as well, 2000 gold in a day!

Edit2: To make Moonglade NPCs attackable:

Open your reputations tab (U)

Select Moonglade in the dropdown list

Click the little box that says "at war" (Will turn Moonglade NPCs hostile, but not AoS)

I finally thought to farm for this. killed the vendor a couple times, didn't SEEM to do anything but when does it ever? and it dropped after about 2 wks on the 2nd of September, at 10 PM ish.

I wonder if we can get the formal dangui respawn faster if we kill this vendor...

Hehe, I've been camping for the Red Traditional Hanbok, and decided that this morbid idea was worth a try. No apparent luck.

I never read comments on Thottbot, this is something I thought up MYSELF, and unless you have amazing psychic abilities, you really shouldn't toss around accusations without proof.

And If I had stolen it from Thottbot, would I link the website I supposedly copied in the post I made?

Just tried myself, didn't work. The vendor respawned with the 3 items it always has for sale. I hung around for an hour after, constantly rechecking with no limited spawns at all. EU servers.
