I was just scammed by them as well. Over 48 hours, no gold, no notification it was sent. They wait till your off hours "when you are asleep" and then change the delivery status. You wake up in the morning to a nice empty mailbox. No notification gold was sent. Then Julie, the same person the above poster talked to actually told me that the 1 hour delay in mail is actually 24 hours and to check back in then.

24 hours later, and I get this nice chat.

Me: Hi, my order # is XXXXX , I ordered Gold over 48 hours ago, I have not received any of the gold, and I have two reports of Partial deliveries from over 24 hours ago, I had talked to the live rep 24 hours ago, and they told me 636g had already been sent, and to wait 24 hours. The gold has not showed up, and it's going on 48 hours now

Robert: sorry, i was busy
Robert: have you received the 636g yet
Me: no
Robert: we did deliver the gold to you, we have record.
Me: I have received no gold, none
Me: I was told to wait 24 hours yesterday after your "records" said it was delivered, nothing
Me: I did not receive any sort of notification when it was delivered, you delivered it in the middle of the night , It was not in my mailbox when I woke up. Do you guys expect your customers to stay in game 24/7 to watch their mailbox?
Me: I want the remaining gold delivered, I want a notification the moment it has been mailed off to me. Can you also please verify the Character name you are sending it too, and the phone number and e-mail you will be notifying me at?
Robert: we have to deliver when we have any gold
Robert: because we cant store gold

Me: Please do so, also change your policy. If you are going to take an extended amount of time to gather and deliver the gold , then you should e-mail the customer asking if they would like to be notified. It is unreasonable to expect them to be able to watch their account in the middle of the night because you guys have to deliver as soon as you get it.
Me: When should I expect to see a refund?
Robert: we shall refund you within 10 hours
Robert: let me figure out the money

it says "payment not recieved" or something in the track order thing...
they havent called me yet

ok, well, they just got my account a 72 hour ban for exploiting the wow economy. were they selling gold via my account?! but yeah, they didnt offer me any kind of compensation for this (ie extra gold, a partial refnd, etc.) so I'm cancelling it via paypal.
