After hearing all this changing the status order, I satyed up all night battling for my order. 500g and moderately little, the asked to call me and confirm all this crap through a woman who can hardly grasp the letters E R and P as I struggle despratley to try and find out what she wanted from me. 3 hours and counting and btw the 24/7 live chat shit is bollocks.

1st hour: waited email and ingame /w or mail.

1:00 : no replies. go on live chat, talk, give #, ignores me for 20mins

1:22 : i start a new live chat and ask WTF? he says computer crashed.

1:30 : live chat, they tell me to wait for call in 30mins

2:05 : Call recieved asking for my confirm # and name line broken hardly heard me

2:25 : Look for email and ingame/w etc

2:30 : still waiting

2:45 : talk to live chat says need to recall

3:00 : call recieved this time I ask her to spell everything

3:45 [now]: still waiting. open live chat to ask all i get is
(1 sec plz...)

I ordered a 1-60 for a priest on November 17th, and was quoted at 7 days and a couple hours. Today is my 7th day and they are currently level 59, so I am completely satisfied at an honest quote with fast completion. Prices weren't too bad as well. And as far as I know there was no gliding done as I spied on the character a bit while I was on my main and they were actually questing.

I'd definitely go back again.

i bought some gold from them, and the next day, the price dropped $12. i went to live chat to tell them about it, and 10 minutes later, someone sent me a message in game and gave me 200g to compensate for the price fluctuation. that's almost unheard of in all my time buying gold.

Swagvault is a scam. I never ordered from them before, but they're telling me that I reversed a payment 5 months ago and they're not going to send me the gold I ordered yesterday until the old order is repaid. They're not going to refund the money I paid, so I have to call my bank and reverse the payment.

I repeat, Swagvault is a scam.
