    Some verification about Paypal

    Some verification about Paypal
Basically I need to know some things. Let me tell the story first.

I sold a scammed account to accounts.net , they sent the payment to a fake paypal of mine that contains no personal info. After the sale, I sent the money to my legit paypal. Then afterwards, from my legit paypal I sent the money to my bank account. After a couple of weeks, the account got recalled. Accounts.net disputed the money on my fake paypal email. I logged onto my fake paypal email to see what happened and saw the dispute. Then afterwards, I went somewhere else, logged onto my legit paypal and then closed my legit paypal account. The legit paypal account didn't got a dispute. And the dispute on my fake paypal is still occuring. And it doesn't got any money on it. I can't close the fake paypal either.

Now my question is, what will happen? I know that my fake paypal can't win against the dispute, and the dispute duration is 15 days, then after 15 days paypal will held the money in lock. But what if there is no money? What will paypal do then? And what about the legit paypal, I closed it immediately after I see that they opened a dispute on my fake paypal, and there wasn't a dispute on it.

Basically I want to know what things will happen and if I secured the money fine so that they won't get the money back.

PayPal Will come looking for their money, and will attempt a withdrawal of your account, even if you close both your PayPal account and Bank account after your transaction. This could go against you as a negative on your credit score if you provided them with an actual Social Security number (which was not wise if you did.) PayPal can take the money from your bank account because you authorized them to do so when you agreed to their rules. However, you have the ability to go to the bank, and claim that transaction as "ACT Not Authorized" and there is nothing PayPal can do because PayPal is not a bank. Just a transaction service.

    Hope this helped

Alright, so what you mean is that after the dispute is over paypal will see that the money is not on the account. And they will look for their money, and thus looking for traces of to where the money could be sent. Either way are they then re-opening my PP account and send me an email about a dispute? Or will paypal just go and claim money from my bank account directly, without emailing nor notifying me? And if they do, will I get a notification about it? Because, even if they will claim money from my bank then how would I be notified on it so I can stop it beforehand.

They will TRY and take it from your bank directly but you could always "Veto" that for the fact that Paypal is not a bank. You just have to go to your bank and claim that transaction as "ACT Not Authorized" and there is nothing PayPal can do.

Okay, but when do I know that they will perform that action? Or can I just go afterwards to my bank that the payment wasn't authorized after I got my bills? Or is there a way to know it beforehand that they try to take money from my bank?

You don't know when they might do it and sometimes they don't but just go to the bank after you see the bill.

I don't exactly know if this is right,
    But,
If paypal does have a legal proof of you taking their money They can easily take it from your bank.
It's not like paypal representative never went to court =P
