Hmmmm, the question that pops up to mind is: What was the CC you used - European or US? If it was US - you are in the clear - noone is gonna bother with chasing your ass for a measly ammount of money. But if it was European, now we are talking a whole different story. The bank that issued the card WILL contact the original owner and it's up to him to decide what to do. He is getting his money back in any case (seeing how they have already been charged back + with insurances and that kind of technical stuff there is no way for a person just to go down with that ammount of money) and he has to decide if any charges will be pressed. If he doesn't want to deal with it - take a breather and get your brain straight, 'cause the second time that happens it probably won't go away that easy. If he decides to press charges, though, you are kneedeep in dung, my friend. You will get the inevitable knock on the door and I suggest you confess to everything, get a lawyer and try to go for a settlement - 80% of the time CC companies tend to settle for a fine and a warning, with some public service thrown in here and there. Nothing major and nothing life-breaking TBH.


P.S. Oh, I forgot to add - if you get caught you will NEVER get a credit card in your life
