Big troubles (i might go in jail)

Ok i know i did something ready stupid but i need some advise, here the story:

So i used a hacked visa to order gold from a site. i payed trough paypal with the visa but without making a account on paypall.

After a few houres i got the money. but after 24 houres they send me a email. this one:

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thanks so much for shopping from our site in the first place ,but you
have charged back the payment these days.We don't know why but hope
that you can log www.***.com to contact our live chat and give
the money back after you read this mail.you can talk with Flora.
otherwise we may take legal action on this issue and keep on contact
you through any way.
Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

1 big problem i spend some money already with it, so i wont be able to turn it al back to them.

Will they sue me or something ?

Ummm....They will request the money back. If you fail to give it back to them they will contact the cops. They get your ip track you down. You go to court. Good thing is it takes months just for them to track you down 1 or 2. But yeah you go to court for fraud ya da ya da ummm you will be required to pay xxx amount of dollars and prob go to some program. Oh yeah you are a CONVICTED FELON now

the thing is the company is in the US and i'm in europe who will investigate them this thing ? cause i dont know if cops handle this kind of affaires.

move to canada, no really, they dont send deserters of the us armed services back to the united states.

ow i forgot to mention, i did this on my pc at home, i forgot to use a proxy. so paypal knows my ip. Does paypal also do background checks ?

i'm kinda affraid i'll get bused.

This is a little out of hand, but I think you are ultimatly safe.

People are not will to spend thousands on a couple of hundred bucks the most will happen is that they will notify the police after that nothing. I owe paypa $160 all they keep telling me is add funds to your paypal account for full acess. My account is limited atm

i guess the original owner of the visa, might ask for a background check.
cause i bought for 300$ hehe.
