I agree they wont come after you. Your EU the company is US. IMO: the company will cut their losses and try and avoid this next time.

Wanna point me to a EU country? ; )
hm have dont a background check about the company.
the company is US, but their main office is in china so, i'll keep da gold.
the only thing they might do is contact the real visa owner.
I highly doubt that a gold selling company will pursue this all the way into a court room. Honestly I would say you're very likely to be fine.
Second to that, the sale of intangible goods such as WoW gold is a VERY grey area when it comes to the law and litigation. They can never prove that they delivered the gold to you without having Blizzard cooperate, which is HIGHLY improbable. This means that they have no substantial form of proof to hold against you. Credit card fraud is a whole different ball game, but I'd say you're more than likely in the clear, just be more safe about what you do online. My own general rule is to NEVER **** with someones real life money, because then it goes from being a virtual goods scam to a potential felony.
It seems your proprietary concern is the gold company attempting to take you to court over a few bucks scammed. Please understand that gold companies get scammed daily. The chances of them going after you for fraud is so little it's negligible and laughable. Let's say you bought one hundred dollars in gold from them and then they got screwed, they'd spend loads and loads of more money on a case they would almost certainly lose due to the deficit of any substantial evidence that they'd require to even hold a case against you. Don't worry. I'd give you a 99% chance to skate away unscathed.

I would be more worried about the visa than the gold. You used a carded(stolen) visa from a paypal over a nonproxy ip for an amount which in the USA at least is considered a felony (250+). Unless the "hacked" card was your moms I would be more worried about visa coming after you than the gold company.
why would u scam Buy WOW Gold, Buy Gold WOW,cheap wow gold - MMOGCART.com =[
thats what u get for being a thief
Lol your in deep shit not because of scamming gold but using a stolen visa card.
You will less likely be sued by the gold company but their is a high chance visa will trace down your ip and they could contact your isp. Stealing gold isnt against the law but using a stolen visa card is. You could be fined.
It would cost them MORE money to sue you than just to let you go.. So you spend 200 dollars and not pay them, they well have to spend thousands of dollars to go to court..
The first time i scammed I was scarred to death xD.. It was a WoW scam tho so
Yeah but he used a visa card that isn't his which will get him in deep shit.
Scamming wow gold isn't going to get you fined or anything but using a visa card that isn't yours is a different story.
It's a bluff, don't worry about it.
