    Don't worry dude, most of the people here are just trying to scare you. You are not going to jail, and you will not go to court.

    Most companies just say that to scare the people, they will not sure you.

    Worst case scenario is, you get a phone call from local authorities asking for you to pay the money back, but that is really really rare
