Hey again guys and girls, I'm back with a new (and different) guide to scam. Here's why: Lately i've seen a lot of guides on how to scam, and also i have been very active posting guides to scam aswell. But I've never really seen a compilation of the general scam, what to remember and how to do it and how to get started doing it. So I've decided to make my scam for dummies as a noob friendly guide on how to scam. (Which covers a few advanced tips and tricks, check them out aswell!)

1. Explaination of scamming.

So, scamming is basicly tricking a target to give him a thing that is his. So basicly it's stealing, but then again, music downloading is stealing aswell and almost everyone are doing it. But anyway, scamming is a known thing nowadays because it is so commonly used. The most common thing to scam is accounts since it's extremely easy to perform a scam on those and you can both rip and keep them, depends on how much information you got of the account. When you're scamming it is important that you won't feel sorry for the target otherwise it won't work. This might seem alittle harsh but when you first feel sorry for the target it will get a lot harder to scam him and you might lose an opportunity.

It is also extremely important that you do not tell any of your real information so that you won't be tracked for it. Therefor you should always make a fake MSN/Aim with a fake name, age(in case they ask), country and stuff like that. Also if you're real paranoid you can use an IP changer so that they won't have any chance of tracking you.

2. How to begin

When you're wondering about how to begin scamming you should really think about if you think that you actually want to do it and if you wanna be a "solo scammer" or a "group scammer". Here's a little information about the 2 different kinds:

The solo scammer:

The solo scammer is (as the word indicates) always solo. The good thing about that is that you don't have to share your newly scammed "treasures" and that you won't have to depend on anyone else. The bad thing about being a solo scammer is that you have to do all the work yourself.

The group scammer:

The group scammer is a guy who joins a group, can be anything from 2-X persons and they can work on a lot of different scams due to this. The good thing about being a group scammer is that you will split the work. It will in most cases be easier to scam a victim if you're doing it right. The bad things is that you will have to split the loot that you get from it and that you will be depending a lot on your partner.

When that's chosen you should practice a few guides so that you will get experienced with the scam that you will be performing.

3. How to find a victim.

Well, now it's time to find your victim. You should get on a trading site and either look or make a thread depending on what you want to scam. Let's take an example: I want to get offers coming to me and therefore I will be making a thread. I decide to pick a warrior as the one I offer and I make a thread like "WTT Good geared warrior for anything, leave offers." Or something similar to that.

Now, inside the thread you should write the following:

Detailed description of the character.
Which kind of gear it got.
How many gold it has.
The mounts it has.

(You make this stuff up) don't leave an armory link with the character but you should find a (example: ) warrior on armory you can link in case he wants it. Also tell them to leave their MSN/Aim so that you can contact them.

Now once that is done you should make your fake MSN/Aim and contact them.

4. How to perform a scam.

So, now that you found the victim it's time to contact them, and wait for them. Once they are online you should do something that is close to this example:

So, a scam most times follow these 5 steps.

• The smalltalk
• The trade
• The cheating
• Climax
• the ripping and blocking.

And these steps I will perform and show you how they (in most cases) work.

The guy get's on MSN and you should start like:

You: Hey dude
Victim: Hey
You: So, how are you mate?
Victim: I'm all good, what about you?
You: I'm really good, enjoying the weather and stuff like that.
Victim: Cool
You: Aye, so I saw your post on XXXX(Website here) and I really like your character. Can you tell me more about it?
Victim: Yeah, bla bla blab la bla
You: Ah, really cool! I'm totally in love with your character, it's so awesome!
Victim: I'm really glad you like it J
You: I really do! So, wanna see mine?
Victim: Sure thing!
You: XXXX(Armory link)
You: Blab la blab la blab la(Tell him about the character, mounts and gold and titles and stuff)
Victim: Nice, it's really cool!
You: So, up for a trade?

This was the smalltalk part – the important thing to do here is to be really nice to him, agree on everything he says and stuff like that. To make him feel like you're a friendly guy that could never hurt him. Now the trading part.

You: So, we're gonna do it this way, first swap emails, then SQ/A, then last name, then username and then password.
Victim: Sure
You: So, let's swap emails.
Victim: swapped.
You: Swapped.
You: What's your SQ/A? Mines XXXX
Victim: Okay, mines XXXX
You: Great, I'm just writing it down to remember, so what is your full name?
Victim: XXXX
You: XXXX
You: Username now I guess
Victim: XXXXX
You: XXXXX
You: Great, 2 seconds I'm gonna change the PW (At this point you go onto the website, and recall the password to yours and you should have the account.

This was the trading part switch info and hack it. Now to the cheating part.

You: Okay, changed it – let's trade at the same time?
Victim: Sure
You: On my count
You: 1
You: 2
You: 3
You: XXXXX
Victim: XXXXX (Which aint the one anymore since you hacked him.
Victim: Ehm, this doesn’t work?
You: HAHAHAHAHAHA! I SCAMMED YOU YOUR BITCH (lol)

This was the cheating part, where he find out you hacked him. And now comes the climax part (The most fun one)

Victim: OMG! IM GONNA CALL THE POLICE NOW! IM GONNA SUE YOUR ASS! MY DAD IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES SO YOURE GONNA GET A LIFETIME IN JAIL! (They will always make up bullshit, don't belive them. They can't hurt you.)
You: Yeah right. And my dad is the first guy who became pregnant. Get real.

This is the Climax point where he flips out and lets the emotions streaming. Increadibly fun. And now the blocking part.

You: Well, baibai dude and thanks for the account

BLOCKED!

DONE!

Now go rip or keep the account.

This is mainly how it works, you might need to convince him about trading and stuff like that – do a little more smalltalk and that kind of things.

5. What to do afterwards

Now you got a few things to do:

• Keep the account
• Sell it
• Rip him and sell the gold
• Give it away in the giveaway section (pewpewpew)

It is all up to you what you're gonna choose. But here's a few tips on when to do what.

• Keep the account

Only do this when you have enough information to somehow secure it (Email, username + pass, SQ/A and full name)

• Sell it.

You should only do this when you have full info (including ID and CD-keys) and when you've had it for more than 4 months.

• Rip it and sell the gold

Do this when you only got username + pass and email, or even less.

• Give it away in the giveaway section.

You can do this no matter what.


6.Tips and tricks

So, here's a few tips that I use:

• Always be prepared with an ID in case he got full information (You can find those in the FBM scam, loads there)
• Always be prepared with CD-keys (Make some up or use your old ones)
• Always be ready with a few unused CD-keys so that you can make a new account with his first/last name and transfer the character. (Only do this in case they are really good or that he got a lot, since it's expensive)
• Never be bossy when doing a scam. It will freak him out. Don't be rushy, take it chilly and do it in his tempo.
• Always have a trial account that you can trade with him to make the trade seem more "legal" in case he checks up on the username or email and stuff like that.
• Always use an IP hider.
• Always make a profile of "the fake you" with age, name, nationality and stuff like that in case he asks.

7.FAQ

Q: What to do in case he doesn’t wanna trade my way?
A: Tell him to go away and find a new victim.

Q: What if he doesn’t have a lot of information to trade?
A: Trade it with him straight away. If he doesn’t have a lot of information he might not be able to get it either and the account is safe.

Q: What to do when making my thread about "My character"?
A: Well, don't make it too fancy like "It has the scarab lord title, is high warlord, got full T8,5 and is the guildleader of Nihilum. And always have an armory link to prove the characters existence.

Q: How to make the trade believable, in case he doesn’t belive that I have such a character?
A: Well, if you got a level 80 account (scammed would be great, or your original) you could show him both ingame and in armory. He will surely believe that and will be more calm and ready to trade with you.

Q: You're a god, may I have your autograph?
A: No sorry, my agent says that I can't give it out.
