Merge 2 different WoW-accounts with a single Bnet account

So, after more than a year of inactivity I decided to play WoW-again. Under this time I actually got my friends account. However, paying double gametime is not appealing.

So, to my question: Is it possible to merge two WoW-accounts (that is bound to different names) on a single Bnet account? If it is, is it possible to transfer characters over each account? Or if I pay gametime on one of the accounts - the other will get it?

If you merge two wow accounts to one battlee.net account, you still have to pay gametime for both accounts.
Yes you can transfer all characters to one account.

If their/your account is not attached to a battle.net account yes. The non attached account can be attached to ANY battle.net account changing ownership. But as stated you need to pay for both accounts still, you don't pay per bnet... otherwise you could pay 15$ a month for 8 accounts.

Yes, thanks. Will attach both accounts to a single Bnet account and try to move all characters into one single account, so I dont have to pay for double gametime.
