Merging 2 diffrent WoW accounts

I've got a little problem. Something like 1 year ago one of my main acc was banned becouse of selling gold. I tried to appeal but nothing worked. So i decided to buy a new WoW copy, but this time I used other name on my new BN account -> friend name (was trying to cover, that Im the same guy that just got banned with the same IP), and i continued farming and selling gold once again. They didn't catch me this time for almost a year, i was trying to be more cautious this time.
But now im done with farming and selling gold (last time i was doing that was in april). And i want to move my second WoW account or the first one to another, so I could get all the achievements that i managed to achiv on my main account, to be transfered/shared with active account. The problem is the name that i putted on second account, its different than on main one. I wonder what should i do?
Should i tell blizzard that i wrote wrong name on my new account and didnt payed much attention with it at a time, and now that i found out about sharing achives by merging accs? I think i might get some prepaids codes from both accounts to prove the ownership. Do you think that might help?
I wanted to ask here first, before i write to them.

You cant get the achievements from the banned account over to your new battle.net account. you NEED the characters that earned the achievements.

Yes i know, but i can get achievements moving my new account to the banned one. I've heard that some achievements will be moved. But the problem is the name on my acc. Its different. Can i do something about it? Would GM change my name to the new one on my active account, and then try to merge them?

Yes if you just move the characters that earned the achievements to the battle.net.


GM wont change your name, its VERY hard to get them to change the name as well, requires fraud, something we dont support here.

Whenever you create a fake account, make sure that the first and last name are both easily recognized as beeing false (i.e. Robin Hood, Earthworm Jim, etc.). This way, there will be no problem with making GMs change it to your real name in the future (all they require in such cases is your real ID, CD-keys and the secret answer).

As your account is registered under your friend's name, it's gonna be a lot harder. You may want to try using one of the name-changing services from the Trade section.
