Uh, did you read the post about his armory page and the item ID of his shirt? Unless someone hacked the armory and this is some huge conspiracy, that is all the proof you need.

As I said before.. armory isn't proof... You CAN SPOOF armory. Additionally none of the links provided in the previous posts showed the item ACTUALLY EQUIPPED TO ANYONE! (Followed every single link)

I need IN GAME proof not from a website. Websites are NOT EXPLOITS!

Right, so he's some mastermind that spoofed the armory to trick everyone into thinking he really has the shirt(he does)... for what purpose exactly? He has the item equipped on the armory, hence it not showing up and bringing you to a page for an item with an ID of 17. And what do you know, that's the same item ID as martin fury! I think you're trolling, not going to respond to you anymore.

Maybe thats how Martin Thunder's kill command works. Probably activating it would cause the exact mount of damage that the npc has inorder to kill it.

So it would appear the guy did in fact get a GM item by accident, while the GM was handing out items due to a hacked account. Then proceeded to use it and get B&ed in the face.

Honestly he should have just turned it in or quietly deleted it, no way in hell he was going to get away with using it in Ulduar. Maybe useable on some old content that nobody would really notice.

Why are people getting confused with the two items martin fury and Martin of thunder in there comments?

You might have already heard about the little 25 nax guild on Vek’nilash that was suddenly get crazy Ulduar achivements and really wierd stats on some of it’s members according to armory.

I am (was?) in The Marvel Family and I’m gonna break it down for everyone.
I logged in this afternoon and saw people in trade chat talking about Marvel and our GM, turns out, last night (I think) we had a very succesful Ulduar run, VERY. Our guild master’s armory on the WoW website has his highest hit as some rediculously high number, and it just so happens that its EXACTLY the Flame of Levithan’s HP. Other rumors floated around trade, his cooking and first aid at like 600 among many others.
I hopped on Vent and into the chaos. I had no idea that for a week, my guild was in possesion of a legendary chest piece given to one of us via in game mail from a GM. EDIT: the person who got it in the mail had their account hacked a few weeks earlier, and petitioned blizz for about a month before everything was restored, not sure if this has any relevance. It was not bind on possession or equip or anything, so the person who got it in the mail traded it to our guild master. It was called Mathin’s something, or Martin’s something, but it basically had 99 charges to kill anything within a 30 yard radius. They chose to try it out in Ulduar. I wasn’t there, but they apparently downed Flame with this item and our guild master got a huuuge hit registered on the armory, everyone got achivements which we had only dreamed of getting before. The next day when he tried to log in his account was banned (suprise!) and trade chat was absolutely merciless towards anyone with the Marvel name over their heads. I got whispers from countless level ones, obviously alts from different servers, asking me how we did it, why his armory was so whacked, etc. One was offering me "thousands of USD" to give him info. Ignored. Everyone had open tickets, and then more bans. Guildies were going offline and vent was nuts with everyone all like "This WoW account has been closed and is no longer available for use…" and getting really mad. One by one the entire guild was slowly getting their accounts locked, eventually I got mine ( I have never been in Ulduar, let alone in the group that night.) Threads are being closed on the forums, our vent info was compromised at some point, and a 12 year old joined cursing and talking about chicken. Mhm. Chicken. Here’s one open thread on forums…

The guild is pretty much scattered among different vents, fathoming trade chat back on the server and wondering if maybe we shouldnt have used the legendary that showed up in the mail..
I’m really in the guild, this really happened and feel free to send me a whisper in game, I’m Altruism on Vek’nilash. Not sure when my account will be reactivated atm, the email says my account is under review.

Someone earlier mentioned, that he did only the Siege of Ulduar, but hasn't done the Keepers of Ulduar. Is it maybe because, you actually do not kill the keepers, but only bring them down to 1%, therefore, there are not killable and the item would not work ?
