I've had a char on there for about a year now a lvl 14 rogue i used to run around with some friends on in the whole time there I've seen the guy mabey 10 times, and never seen any of his guild members, I've inspected him cause warrior gear looks cool :P and he's never worn it so I'm calling bullshit on the item

Dude you wouldn't just run around with it on would you otherwise you'd get caught, u'd keep it hidden until you wanted to use it when no-one would report u.

I'm guessing the gm who gave him item was his rl friend or something, and that that same gm increased that skill... but i cant figure out why anyone would want 900 first aid skill lol
