Battle.net merge - transfer

Hi folks,

So I got an account from a friend (yes really from a friend but doens't matter). And now I merged his account into my bnet account. Now I want to transfer that character to my account and all goes well until the final step - payment. I already phoned blizz and they said it's cause I live in the Netherlands and the real account is from UK. The only "fix" was to use a UK card.

How would I do this? I don't know anyone so I think a gift card would be the best. I'd like to have one instantly and not waiting 24-48-72 hours or something. If anyone could recommend me a website or maybe a complete other way, then please inform me!

Find someone with a UK card, I'm sure theres somebody on this site thats willing to help out - against payment ofc
