Ziozo, I just located your other thread... a game-breaking use of this glitch posted in the exploit forum...
I'm all for sharing with the community, but just wanted to remind you that Blizzard tends to leave explorers (and their glitches) alone. It is only when people start abusing the glitches to gain an advantage in the game that Blizzard quickly takes notice. Once Arena members start winning matches using this bug, you can essentially kiss it goodbye...
Yeah, you're right! I Deleted the thread, let's hope its not too late already!

^^ Holy crap, I didn't expect you to be so responsive. Most people are such reputation whores that they would value the +rep and the glory more than the life of the actual glitch itself. You certainly just went up a notch in my book.
I don't know how others feel about it... but personally I really appreciate you deleting that thread. I've seen exploits in the past enjoyed by the exploration community for many months, only to come to a crashing halt as soon as people gain advantages with them. The Darkmoon Tiger comes immediately to mind... as soon as people realized they could ninja Darkmoon Arena chests with it, that glitch was done within the week. Not to say that this won't still get fixed... but glitches always get fixed more quickly when people are abusing them for personal gain.
This guy is going to be elite so quickly.
I already owe you +5 rep ziozi, now i owe you more.
On a side note, what's the status about PTR explorations in this section ? Is it allowed ? (in my opinion it should with a [PTR] tag)

We are currently only using PTR because we don't have a Shaman class on live. I think anything that can be done on live but is done on PTR doesn't need a tag. If you explore a new area for the next patch, I suppose a PTR-tag would be nice.
PS: Ziozi stealing all my rep! *repfreak rant*![]()
This is only PTR because we dont have a rogue/shaman setup on live, it works perfectly fine on live tho![]()

Just for the clarification with the druid leap: I haven't tested it with totems yet, but I guess the mushrooms (as target) use the same mechanic. I tried it in dalaran arena for example. If you place your mushrooms in the pipe before you get kicked out (placing them midgame doesn't work as it requires LoS AND an available path - totems only need LoS), you are not able to leap back to them. So I guess this mechanic is rogue onlyGreat find, tho. You can have my rep sir, as soon as I can

As Classicclean said, this is exactly what is happening when i test it on druid too, so we will have this solved now! ONLY SHADOWSTEP WORKS
Thanks ^-^
