Skyterror - New WoD Exploration Tool

I've just learned about a new Garrison tool called "Skyterror". This devices comes from building the Gnomish Gearworks or Goblin Workshop Garrison building. Here's the description.

"Skyterror" Personal Delivery System
Item Level 1
Binds when picked up
Unique
Use: Launches you high into the air and deploys a mechanical glider. (5 sec cooldown)
2 Charges
"Contents: rocket, glider, liability waiver."
Duration: 24 hrs

While it has its limitations it could be very useful in a number of places depending on what limitations and/or changes they make to the item. Happy exploring my fellow adventurers!

My guess is that this will have the same limitations as the "backfire" effect of the Nitro Boosts belt enchant, ie: doesn't happen in instanced areas.
Still will certainly be wicked for some explorations and most likely we'll find a few places that it shouldn't work but does (like the Gravity Well).

Not having the Gravity Well is strongly making me want to switch my Engineering specialty. Just not sure if I can do it. Perhaps wait and see with this new tool.
