    ok so i am about to scam this person he is gona give me his account and secret Q&A...i transfer the toons to a diff acount under the orginal accounts First and last name.....then i ban the original account... can he still get the toons back....and can he ban the account i transfered the toons

    Also u need Secret answer of both accounts because PTC page randomly requires one of the accounts secret answer

    Pretty sure they changed it not too long ago, I believe you need the source accounts SQ/A only now.
