If all rares are spawned after a tuesday server cleanup wouldn't this rare be there....and if it only spawns once or twice a week or whatever wouldn't that be it.
Also I think Throme's first ss was missing a ">" on the vendor name, so it wasn't really believable anyway. Still would be awesome if the vendor did exist though.
