Same here. It worked for past few days, but now it doesnt. However it still works for guildies and stuff. I hope it resets itself or something.. I refuse to buy the one for 4k gold until tuesday night now.

Doesn't seem possible to ignore the quest now either.

I would assume we got OP to thank for blizzard starting to look at this issue.

How do you ignore the quest?

Nope, Blizzard has known about it its been reported in the Bug forums etc many times, they just to lazy to fix it I guess.

Worked for me also today.

Took first freeseal from order hall. Then i bought other 2 with gold. Did daily quests, come back i could buy 3 more

i somehow got this to work on my DK right now. got 3 before entered raid, killed 5 bosses on normal, left raid using Death gate, logged on another toon, logged back again and then went to Dalaran,
found myself able to buy yet another 3.
entered raid with 6 used 5 seals on bosses somehow i have 4 now..

I will tell you what worked for me.

Step 1- Buy all the seals you can.
Step 2- Go to your class hall.
Step 3- Teleport Dalaran
Step 4- Logout and log back in.
Step 5- Go to vendor and buy more seals.

This worked for me untill yesterday. Not able to try now because of no access to wow atm. Give it a shot.
