    Internet Proxy

    Internet Proxy
    Was wondering if anyone know of a good proxy, that works good with hotmail and paypal, I have tried a few, 15-20 or something like that, but none of these works good.
    Also, is there a way to see how secure that proxy is you use?

    use tor for emails ,
    or try finding "PHP other" or some "Glype" ones work too
