1) This is something easily can be detected
2) It's economic exploit
3) This with this one you have to do specific conditions to repeat it, which unlikely happens to people who replicated the bug in accident(those who didnt know about exploit). so I'd rather stay away from this If I were you.

PS: example of similar economic exploit in WoD:
1) Infinite Frostweed in garrison that required more than 2 people. People who exploited it got banned.
2) During Kazzak infinite felblight farm, people also thought blizz won't ban, but in the end they gave suspensions and warnings to people(no gold removed, only items), and even banned folks who overdid it for months(with gold removed even the one earned before exploit)
