Need help securing an account...

So I have an account's password, info, and email, but the person is still using (the only thing I don't have is secret question). I have already merged with a Bnet account, which he promptly un merged. Any help will be +Rep

It is unlikely that you will keep the entire account.
What would be best is to transfer the character to your account and ban the one you're using.
Anything else will likely lead to account being recalled.

Ok update. I changed the email address to one of mine (and confirmed). I then merged with a bnet account. So basically the pre bnet email is mine, it is now bnet merged, and I have all his info. It looks to me like he can do little to recall...anyone else agree?
