This only happens if someone teleports out, such as: lock summon, hunter feign death, rogue shadowstep, or lock portalling.

Doesn't happen if you do anything else besides this.

How do you mean? Lock summon, rogue shadowstep or lock portal? - Do they teleport/shadowstep back up or?
