YO HUNTERS!

Spec to MM aoe + rapid killing (the talent that gives focus when mob killed?) and go to ToT and do a macro for /Target thatBlueblob /Cast Multi-Shot. Position yourself close to start of the mob spawn area and get some software to spam a button for you(or spam mouse). Aslong as you do some 3.5k dmg per multi-shot your fine there. Also remember you have to kill first and second boss before getting there.

I was able to hold the whole spawnrate all the time. OP

This works significantly better than Slags in HoL, with the right MM spec.

Namely: Rapid Killing - After killing an opponent that yields experience or honor, your next Aimed Shot, Steady Shot or Cobra Shot causes 20% additional damage. Lasts 20 sec.
Bombardment - When you critically hit with Multi-Shot, the focus cost of Multi-Shot is reduced by 50% for 5 sec.
Rapid Recuperation - You gain 12 focus every 3 sec while under the effect of Rapid Fire, and you gain 50 Focus instantly when you gain Rapid Killing.

The synergy in these 3 talents means that you will have unlimited focus, and the spawn rate for the packs is quite high. The only issue with this is that your ranged weapons durability will drop quite fast - bring a repair bot/Jeeves.

The macro I used was simply
/tar Unstable
/cast Multi-Shot
