Exploration: To go where the Game designer thinks you don't know about!
So does the spell-stolen buff have the standard 2-minute duration, or is there some component to it all which allows the mage to keep it longer?
Also, do multiple mages apply unique stacks to the boss or does/would each mage contribute to a single stack on an attacker?
It's a 10 min buff, but spell-stolen buffs only last 2 mins on the mage.
1.Get this buff
2.Go to wintergasp
3.????
4.PROFIT!
Does the mage have this by default or is
it a reward of some kind?
Spellsteal is learned at 70 @ Mage trainerDefault.
It's awesome! Mages FTW! Kazzak, i'm coming, beware you filthy demon! Get yourself ready to taste a real Mage power!
P.S. Cool exploit, i hope they won't fix it any time soon...
are you getting summoned by a lock or something after you steal the buff? or what do you to for transportation
You could easily get rich with WoWInfinity and this, I am lucky to have it too, but no mage![]()
i think this is seriously heroic to mages but keeping the mage alive is also a big issue
After 18 stacks your doing 59 million damage so technically or in theory you could go into icc as arcane/frost duel spec. Pull as arcane the left and right side and first 2 mobs and instantly ice block wait for them to die then instantly invis the casters that are on you and run pass and go straight for the boss. Carry an invisibility potion with you and glyph of invis if you feel its needed. Make it to the boss go frost use mana-gem and ice block right in his face. Try to get another mage with you go back out icc and duel and spell steal the buff back and force it to refresh(not sure if that works anymore). Then make your way to kazzak while still dueling and refreshing your buff.
I'm not sure if any of this works. It's all speculation.
