[Mage] Kill ANY enemy

Hey i tryed to do it alone on a private server with FlyHack and stuff, I pulled the Scourge Hulk ('cause i didn't fidn any "Ritual Channeler" at the located place by wowhead) but he didn't cast the "Shadows in the Dark" spell.
So I was wondering is this fixed even in 3.3private Server ?
Or am I doing something wrong ?

Not sure about private servers, but you have to pull the boss. When the boss hits 75%, she casts the Ritual of the Sword, which summons the mobs with the spell.

No... it doesn't. 20 Stacks on Kazzak, with 2100 spell power or so, does 97,000 per tick. Also, you cannot 'refresh' the buff by dueling and spellstealing. You have 2 minutes with it.

May I also suggest trying this with an Arcane spec with Incanter's Absorbtion(and ofc all other Arcane SP talents) for an increase in SP and thusly damage (to see how high it can go) ? Im betting with the proper talenting you'll probably reach 3k+ SP (with Incanter procced to max) which will increase the damage a LOT.

@the poster above - No you are doing it wrong. You must engage the boss and damage it, which will result in her casting "Ritual of the Sword" which will summon 3 mobs which you spellsteal off. You cannot do this alone though, because the 3 mobs trap you in a sort of prison-like spell disabling all actions.

If this still works , mabye an idea is to kill the lich king that is in HOR , I think that's the actuall mob that will be in the 10 man raidinstance.I got the idea since he facerolled my DK tank when i taunted him with some 40k spell damage and 30k meele hit.

Hotfixed, just tried it and it wouldnt allow me to spealsteal it.

I tried it again to (for another 500g from Kazzak lol) and it is no longer able to be spellstolen. Although, it can still be dispelled.

So, is there no more ways to get the buff off the mob onto yourself?
