Just Ice Barrier alot, void bold only does like 3k damage.

Pffft don't bring a friend, then you split the cash. Just Stand on that ridge so he void bolts you, and Iceblock twisted reflections (I didn't the dot does 4x the damage per tick then what it heals him for). Pop your glyphed evocate when you get low, and that should be enough time with ice barrier almost always up to get another Iceblock, and he should be dead then.

and his abilitiy
Poison Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft
which back in the day when stolen ripped through mobs, most likely has the same spell power coefficient and a higher base damage so if you have 3 people or so hit up ssc.

But those don't stack. In fact, there are hundreds of mobs with the spell 'Lightning Shield' and almost all of them scale 100% with spell power. They're just useless because 25 stacks or so (what I had on Kazzak) doesn't do 1.12 million damage, they do (gasp!) 3000 or so damage.

They do stack btw a 3 stack on a mob at level 70 was ticking off for 28k

Well thats nice =). But 28k isn't that much... Unless you could keep it going for a few minutes with a healer, which you can't. Not to mention, that has a chance to be applied, this one gets applied with every hit: No RNG. In fact, with my mage I tried Kazzak solo again, only got to 24 stacks this time, still downed him. Heres a Screenshot with him again, new loot.
