Paypal and recalling money

hey guys,

So i know that if you sell a scammed account to a company/person, they can simply submit a complaint to paypal if the account gets recalled on them. Now the money in your paypal has been returned to them because the account you sold them was re-called.

However, what if you request a check from paypal as soon as you get the money in the account. Does anyone know if they can still submit a ticket and get their money back after the check has been mailed?

If so, how would the person know that the money has been taken back and am i totally F***** when i try to cash it at the bank?

No i think you will have a negative balance and then will somehow try to tke it from your bank or cc
