is it possible to get the authenticator off the account?
like if you can login to their account, can you get it off from there?

Well, it has been done before: someone scammed an account with full info, called Blizzard and managed to remove the authenticator. However, since that happened Blizzard has really improved it, so to put it easy: no, it isn't possible.

yes it is possible. I did it less than a week ago. just make sure you talk to them like it's YOUR account and you'll do whatever it takes to get it back. took me 3 phonecalls
