+25% crit and 5% of HP regenerated every 2 seconds for 1 minute of a boss fight

Hey guys, been leeching for ages and finally found something worth posting.

There is a large zone in desolace called mannoroc coven, and it has 33-36 non elite demons. When you kill anything there besides the infernals, you receive a stacking debuff. once it gets to 5, you turn into a similar warlock demon form, and do 25% increased crit and 5% of your health is regenerated every 3 seconds.

Using have group will travel or a warlock stone, every group member can get the buff and teleport to the boss. If used efficiently, about 55 seconds of increased crit and regen are available!

This is very helpful for tanks and dps mainly, but think of how useful the 5% hp every 3 seconds will be during HM chimaeron.

I have tested this and it is not client-sided, and the buff does not dissapear. enjoy this extra damage if used efficiently, because every second counts on hardmodes!

You may have tested this but the thing you don't understand is HGWT can not summon you into an instance anymore. So you would need to run through the instance to get to the boss. Warlock stone could work but you would have maybe 10 seconds left on this buff before pulling. Completely not worth the effort.

Most of these 2 minute buff exploits are considered useless as the time you actually get to use them makes them pointless to go through all of that effort to get them. Unless its a buff you can spellsteal that drains like 2% of the boss's hp every hit, then I won't be much of a fan to these kinds of exploits.

Every little bit helps on fights like sinestra with the soft enrage and literary every fight with a dps race your raid group may struggle on, the fact that it doesn't work with HGWT is making a potential game breaking exploit a little less game-breaking. However this is far more useful and "exploitive" than most threads I've seen lately. They can theoretically summon 8 people within 5sec(10 with loading screen) so they have 45sec on the buff. Ofc its hard to pull off, but if you are at the point where this trick is even worth doing you probably have the co-ordination as you are progressing in the top 100 (I WOULD IMAGINE).

With a 2 minute duration spell steal. You will likely lose 30 seconds just on getting summoned and loading. Once you are in the raid there will be a ready check to make sure everyone is ready to go. Once that is complete you will have approximately 1 minute or so left on your buff. So do you really think that you can do all of this in less then 1 minute and still have enough usable time? Crit chance doesn't play as heavy of a role as it used to as far as damage and heals. Crit is great, don't get me wrong, but it is far from everything. Also at the beginning of a fight you are going to have to throttle your DPS so you aren't pulling off your tank. If every cast you throw out is a crit and you pull off of the tank, the boss will likely 1 shot you and then you just became useless for your raid.

Works with the Burning Blade Fanatics in the Durotar-caves aswell, the Buff (not a debuff) is called Fel-infused and grants you 5% of max health every 3 seconds and 25% crit. This only lasts 1 minute, not 2 as mentioned earlier. It might be usefull on some fights but basically it will not be worth the trouble for 99% of the runs. I can imagine that having your MT get it, lock-summon him and let him insta-pull the boss while being pre-hotted while running up to the boss, the heal can be handy tho... Nice job

It is not an exploit. It is merely a clever use of game mechanics. And it isn't even that clever.... The buff lasts for 1 minute. Which even if you are already completely raid buffed and your entire raid is completely ready when they summon you, then you might get about 30 seconds of this buff. Which again... If your tank hasn't established enough threat and you go in face rolling with some 80k crits.... you die and become completely worthless to the entire raid and you just became a hindrance.

Warlock's summoning channel lasts for atleast 10sec not 5

I didn't realize it takes ~50 seconds for someone to summon you from a warlock stone.

You can cast the summon before hes got the buff and if you are loading for 50 secs you REALLY should get a better computer.
