Need help scamming a US BC Key

I am not sure where to start or if I am capable of doing this. I am guessing I am going to have to scam a account selling site or something and get money in a canadian paypal account and then spend that money asap on a site that will deliver a key asap? But where do I start and what would be the simplest method to get a BC key. Don't tell me to just buy one either as I cannot afford one at this time and need one really bad.
